Elite Technique (ET) is a weekly supplemental training program on Sunday evenings for players who wish to be pushed further and seeking extra practice. The curriculum is developed by MSFC staff and focuses on breaking down individual techniques and mastering them to become a “complete” player that mimics game-like settings and situational play.

Training addresses all aspects of the game: technical, tactical, physical, and psychological. Sessions are led by MSFC coaches.

Our goal is to significantly improve the technical and athletic ability of each player through the application of best practices possible.

Players will have the freedom to make mistakes enabling them to push past existing skill levels in a competitive training environment while increasing their love for the game and desire to train.
